Bechtel tiến hành FEED cho nhà máy năng lượng giúp phát triển kinh tế điện tại Việt Nam

Delta Offshore Energy (DOE) đã trao cho Bechtel một hợp đồng cung cấp Front End Engineering Design (FEED) dịch vụ cho 3.200 MW mới combined cycle gas turbine (CCGT) power plant in the Bac Lieu province, xấp xỉ175 dặm Anh (250 cây số) phía Nam của Sài Gòn, miền Nam Việt Nam.
Nhà máy gồm 4 tổ máy trục đơn công nghệ tuabin khí hạng H và sẽ tạo thành xương sống năng lượng của vùng Đồng bằng sông Cửu Long khi được coi là trọng điểm phát triển kinh tế lớn.

Bạc Liêu được lên kế hoạch trở thành trung tâm công nghiệp trong những năm tới với các nhà máy hiện đại và cơ sở hạ tầng quan trọng bao gồm cầu đường, trường học và bệnh viện đang được xây dựng để tạo điều kiện cho cộng đồng dân cư phát triển.
“Bechtel là công ty kỹ thuật, mua sắm, xây dựng và quản lý dự án hàng đầu cho các dự án cơ sở hạ tầng quy mô lớn như nhà máy điện 3.200 MW của chúng tôi. “Bạc Liêu đã sẵn sàng cho sự phát triển và các cấp chính quyền ở đó đã thể hiện sự sẵn sàng áp dụng các công nghệ tiên tiến. Chúng tôi đã thấy điều này khi họ chọn lắp đặt trang trại điện gió ngoài khơi đầu tiên của khu vực. Song song với dịch vụ FEED cho CCGT, DOE đang tiến hành FEED cho bến tiếp nhận nước ngoài, đàm phán các điều khoản của Hợp đồng mua bán điện với Tổng cục Điện lực Việt Nam và thực hiện các công việc sửa chữa mặt bằng. Sau khi kết thúc thành công FEED, Bechtel và DOE mong muốn chuyển đổi suôn sẻ sang việc thực hiện EPC của dự án.
Bechtel to conduct FEED for combined cycle energy plant to help power economic development in Vietnam
Plant will support the expansion of South Vietnam’s industrial base
Delta Offshore Energy (DOE) has awarded Bechtel a contract to provide Front End Engineering Design (FEED) services for a new 3,200 MW combined cycle gas turbine (CCGT) power plant in the Bac Lieu province, approximately 175 miles (250 kilometers) south of Ho Chi Minh City in Southern Vietnam.
The plant consists of four single shaft units of H class gas turbine technology and will form the energy backbone of the Mekong Delta region, earmarked as a focus area for major economic development.

Bac Lieu is planned to become a hub for industry in the coming years with modern factories and key infrastructure including roads, bridges, schools and hospitals being built to enable its communities to thrive.

In parallel with the FEED services for the CCGT, DOE is conducting FEED for the offshore receiving terminal, negotiating the terms of the Power Purchase Agreement with Vietnam Electricity Authority and implementing site reparation works. Upon successful conclusion of the FEED, Bechtel and DOE look forward to a smooth transition into the EPC execution of the project.
